Like the title says, read the reviews. You’ll find that more than half of them concern the pump, which becomes stuck and non functional in a very short amount of time. I bought three of these from this website in March or April of 2023. It is now only November and two of them are useless due to the problems mentioned here. I cannot recommend this soap dispenser to anyone, and I’d advise you to stay away.

I was worried when reading the other reviews, yet It’s worked since day one, I’ve been using it over a year and never had one issue. Maybe due to the soap being used. I also run hot water through it between refills..

It’s very high quality. I know it’s pricey but I got tired of replacing the cheap soap dispensers that broke after a month or two.

I love this dispenser. It has a nice heavyweight bottom, and the pump works beautifully. I’m not sure if the other review just got a lemon, but this soap dispenser is fantastic and well worth the splurge.

This soap dispenser’s looks are gorgeous and work with every decor style. I was eyeing this piece for a long time before purchasing. Since it’s a Kohler product, I expected it would last for many years, so I was willing to overlook the outrageously high price. I wish I had read the other reviews prior to purchasing because I’m having the same issue as many others, where the top part of the pump is stuck down with every use and must be manually pulled back up. I have tried soaking it in warm/hot water as suggested, but the issue still exists. Just as luck would have it, the warranty period has expired AND there’s not a replacement part available to purchase (parts viewer reads “PART NOT FOUND”). Even if a replacement part were available, I don’t feel consumers should be responsible for the cost of replacement parts that have known issues. I’m very disappointed in the money I wasted on a premium product that barely lasted 24 months. Hard lesson learned.

The pump does not pop back up. Even after soaking and cleaning, it still does not work. I upgraded the bathroom and wanted to invest in nice accessories. This is a waste of money.

Looks great on my console sink. The glass is thick and heavy, far from a flimsy soap dispenser. As noted by others experiencing cloudiness, I confirmed what kind of soap to get which is soft soap. I got the clear soap; months later I’ve had no issues.

I have had 3 of these dispensers for several years. I use one for dish soap at the kitchen sink. The other two are in the bathroom. One has lotion and one has liquid soap. With regular use I have never had any issues with the pump.
