And the clean modern design of the sink cover offers a neat and clean look. The handy convenient basket that sits in the drain is wonderful – truly a great idea and look. I cannot tell you how happy I am to own one of your awesome sinks! It is so beautiful and practical. I am a baker and love to cook. This sink is so much deeper than the average sink and the best part is I can lay my baking pans, including my over-sized cookie sheets right into the sink. They are so much easier to clean. This sink has added some real class to my kitchen. It gets lots of compliments. I look forward to many years of enjoyment with me sink. It makes cleaning dishes more fun!!

This sink is beautiful. Looks super high end and is so quiet. I was hoping for a quiet large sink that would allow me to do all of my large pot cleaning and dishes that don’t go in the dishwasher and it does just that. It didn’t break the bank either. I looked at sinks that were exactly like this one and cost three times as much. Love my new sink!

Beautiful fit and finish on the sink and faucet. Perfect addition to the Quartz counters. All my big pots and pans and cookie sheets fit in the sink with ease. Solid feel and very good sound deadening. Installation was straight forward for someone with a bit of experience in mounting to stone or concrete. The faucet could not have been easier to install.

I have a KBU24 stainless sink with chrome plated bottom grids; (KBG-24-1 and KBG-24-2). After six years the sink looks the same as the day I bought it. Excellent quality. The bottom grids, which are chrome plated, were starting to show some wear. I called Krauss to see about buying replacement grids. They told me that the product had a limited lifetime warranty, and if I could send them photographic evidence of the grid deterioration, they would replace them. They sent me replacement grids, and now my complete sink looks like I installed it yesterday. It says a lot about a company when they stand behind their product like this. This kind of integrity is hard to find in consumer products now-a-days.

So far so good. One very minor thing is that the Kraus product logo inside the sink is crooked and it’s located just under the faucet, so I will always see it. It will drive me crazy since I’m somewhat of a neat freak/OCD. Also, it might be our water, but I think I’m always going to have ‘water stains’.

I love the sink and the bottom rack but there is absolutely nowhere to buy replacement parts for when the bottom rubber protectors where out which happened to me just under a year of use. Kraus needs to make these rubber feet available. Now that they have worn through, I have rust and scratches where the feet scratch against the bottom sink.

We love our Kraus KD1US33B sink, but the bottom grid that is made to fit this sink is poorly-designed and does not function well. The grid only has tiny plastic “bumpers” that prevent it from scratching the sink, however these bumpers do not elevate the grid off the sink bottom far enough to allow food particles and debris to be rinsed down the drain. Everything but the tiniest crumb gets trapped under the grid, requiring the user to remove the grid from the sink in order to rinse out the sink. Very poor design!

This stainless steel bottom grid was purchased by the previous owners of my home. I recently noticed that one of the rubber feet had fallen off and another was starting to crack. Even though was not my purchase and it has been used for awhile, the company is sending me a package the rubber feet at no charge. It is so great when a company stands by their products and offers such great service. Bravo Kraus!
