I was using green pan from Williams Sonoma before discovering this product. The green pan was so horrible all food was sticking right from the get go. Compared to this product which is far superior, non stick capabilities. It’s almost like Teflon except makes me feel safer using it. Definitely take care of the pan so it lasts longer!

Had this nearly two years and it has been used everyday for breakfast. Needs to be replaced now as nonstick quality is gone. Only minor complaint is it looses balance after about a year with handle heavier than pan. Never been in a dishwasher or at heat higher than medium! Still probably will buy it again!

This Clad CFX ceramic nonstick is PTFE & PFOA FREE, no harmful chemical, it is easier to cook with and far more durable, the best ceramic non-stick in the market. It’s an excellent frying pan cooking from breakfast to family dinner. Its nonstick coating is excellent for the omelette, frying eggs and tofu, scrambled eggs, crepes, and pancakes. This ceramic pan is great sauteing food, browning meat, broiling, and searing, an excellent non-stick pan-frying fish. Flipping and turning is effortless with this pan.
I’ve had a variety of stainless steel nonstick ceramic coated pans, now I owned this new revolutionary CFX ceramic nonstick, it’s the new favorite in my kitchen.
Sturdy 3mm clad construction with aluminum core heats up evenly and quickly, so there is no need to blast the fire, non-stick features works better for medium to high heat or low to medium.
The base stays flat even when heated and will not warp. This pot handle is comfortable, allows for easy maneuvering and roomy stay cool handle.

However, the keyword is “resistant” so with enough force, anything can cause scratches. Therefore, wood and silicone kitchen tools are recommended. It is easy to clean; just soak with water and soap and use a sponge to remove food residue. Cleaning is a breeze!!!
Personally I liked handwashing my pots and pans most importantly non-stick pan. An unbeatable deal for a well-mande and reasonably priced product!

I was skeptical at first with how expensive these pans were but we kept going through regular nonstick pans because they would eventually start to stick after 6 – 12 months of use. We purchased both the 12″ fry pan and the 5 quart 11″ Sautee pan with lid and absolutely nothing sticks to them. So far I’ve cooked fish, chicken, steak, sauces, and glazes in this pan and with soap, water, and a soft sponge the pan has come completely clean every time. I’ve only had the pans for about a month now so I can’t say anything about how the ceramic lasts over time but from other reviews I do not expect to have any issues with either of these pans.

I have loved my full set of Zwilling, Ceraforce pots and pans. However, I had to replace my small frying pan after a guest used it without a cooking fat, and it was essentially ruined. If not for the necessity to use extra care to protect the product, I have loved the ease of cooking with this frying pan.

I love this set of pans and my husband loves them even more! The nonstick coating is PTFE and PFOA-free which is important. The only reason I gave it 4 is bc one of them already has a couple small chips in the center only after a couple of months so I stopped using that. Other than that, the rest of the 10pc set is lovely.

We bought the 10″ and 12″ skillets and the 5 qt saute pan and really love they way they cook on our induction cook top. But we have had problems with Ling Ling pot stickers – they stick! We found that the solution was to ‘re-new’ the CFX cooking surface – we use a bit of Cerama Brite (the cleaner that came with the cook top) which contains feldspar (a mineral with a hardness of 6) which won’t scratch the ceramic (hardness of 7) but will remove the microscopic layer of organic stuff that builds up on the pan surface. We then wash off the cleaner with dish soap and the pan surface looks just like new – and the pot stickers didn’t stick! Nor do eggs or anything else. So, if you are losing the non-stick quality of these great pans, give Cerama Brite a try. You’ll be pleased with the result.

I love using this fry pan to cook my favorite dishes. Eggs, bacon, mushrooms, salmon are all cooked wonderfully, and slide out of the pan like butter. Since it is compact, it is easy to clean, and its sturdiness means even with plenty of tossing, and turning, the pan stays in place all the time. Fabulous!
