   Wonderful, sturdy pot that is versatile for many types of dishes and cuisines. It is deep enough for soups, but not so deep that making curries and stews for a family of 2-4 is a hindrance. I would even use this to sauté some vegetables or pan fry fish, for example. Labeled “dishwasher safe”, but as with any nonstick cookware, that is not recommended.

   This is my first zwilling motion anodized non-stick pan. I purchased the 4qt chef’s pan. I have to say it is my new favorite pan! I love it!!! I’ve been using old non-stick pans someone gave me. I also have some stainless steel pans that are 20 plus years old. I cook for myself every night so whether I am making an omelet, sauteing vegetables making a pasta dish or just heating up leftovers. Also, the pans I had didn’t have a proper fitting lid. The lid fits perfectly. This chef’s pan is perfect for me. It’s deeper than any of my non- stick pans n has been great for pan frying my chicken cutlets and meatballs.The fit and finish of the pan is beautiful. It heats up quickly and evenly n the non-stick surface is the best I’ve ever had which makes the cleanup a breeze. Just a sponge n a little warm soapy water is all it takes! I would hardly recommend this pin to anyone or any of the zwilling motion anodized pants. I actually I’m going to be ordering the 8.5qt Dutch oven and also the 5qt deep fryer pan as well!!!

   This pan is the perfect size for 2 person meals. Great non-stick surface and cleans very easily. Nice weight, sturdy but not difficult to lift. Local store where I purchased recommended heating on a medium to low heat due to the non-stick surface, and that has worked fine for browning and cooking. Really like this pan and would highly recommend.

   I was planning to return it since I thought this pot is similar to the other one I purchased. However, after I received it, I change my mind to keep it with few reasons as following. First, this is a shallow 4-qt pot, which is good for hotpot, shabu shabu, stew, etc. These types of dishes can be served with this pot on the burner to share with the whole family. I will say this is good for 4 servings. Second, this pot got a decent weight that is easy to handle; meanwhile, it is not too light and not flimsy. Third, it is a plus that this pot is oven safe up to 450 F. The height of the pot is shorter than a regular can (see picture). And the diameter is similar to my 11-inch fry pan (see picture). Overall, I recommend this pot.

   We love this pan and use it for so many things in our kitchen: stir fries, breakfast potatoes, chicken, etc. We’ve even used it to bake bread in the oven! High quality and great company ethics/service.
