The pan itself is great. Its bigger than I realized, substantial feel and well balanced handles. It cooked as I expected and was easy to clean up. The problem is the rack. It slides all over the place as if it wasn’t designed for use in this pan. Because the non-stick is so slippery, this movement made a mess of the vegetables and potatoes that were displaced an when supporting a bird or roast made it feel unsteady when moving the fully loaded roaster

Hello Reviewers, Happy holidays!
I got the new Greenpan Roaster just in time for Christmas dinner and it did not disappoint. It was like cooking on butter haha. Even at one point cause the roaster instructions did say not to put a lot of oils etc into it like burning. A part of my turkey breast bast started to burn and I honestly just was able to scoop it out like nothing. No charring or scratching just wiped right up! It cook my turkey evenly and I love how it’s not like a nails on a chalk board texture such as older pans. This was a treat to use!

I knew I was impressed with the pots and pans and decide to try this roasting pan. Now I am amazed! Rib roast covered in garlic spread, baked at 500 for 30 minutes and then 325. the bottom of the pan was covered in the residue of the garlic and was traditionally a total pain to clean. Not this pan!! Gently took a spatula and took it right off and washed it and done!! nothing could have been easier. What a dream!

I don’t know where to begin to say how much I love my GreenPan Reserve Roaster! I have used it several times and the quality and durability of this pan are just amazing. It is heavy-duty, extra tough, and scratch-resistant and I like that it is also dishwasher safe. The pan has a ceramic, non-stick coating, which makes for healthier meals and the large size is perfect for family meals. The v-shaped rack, which is included, keeps your food off the bottom of the pan, allowing for even airflow around your meal while baking or broiling. I know I will be using this product for many, many years to come.

Used my pan to make a prime rib for Christmas, did a reverse sear. Got the oven to 550 for the searing. Everything that was in the bottom really got burnt up the wife asked if I wanted to put some water in it to soften the burnt remains, I said why, and promptly wiped everything from the pan she couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t be happier with this pan. It’s nice and heavy duty. I whole heartily recommend this pan.

I received the GreenPan Reserve Roaster, in exchange for my unbiased review of the product. This is such a beautiful pan. It is heavy enough to roast a 20 lb. turkey, or a chicken with no problem. It has a ceramic, non stick surface that does not scratch easily. So you don’t have to worry about basting your ham with syrup or fruit based preserves, and scratching the surface. The rack is perfect for release and even cooking. I have used it to roast rock cornish hens, chickens, turkeys, and a duck. You will find numerous uses for this roasting pan. The beautiful gold tone finish on the handles just accents the beautiful pan. I find myself just finding things to roast in this man, always marveling at the way that the food comes out.
