Just started using this frypan and what they claim is correct, nothing adheres to it. It is recommended that you heat up the pan before using which i did, also you do not have to use a very high setting to cook whatever you’re making as this pan is a great conductor of heat. I was able to sear cod fillets and and make a lemon caper sauce in the same pan. Cheese omelettes slide right off the pan with no sticking. If you enjoy cooking you’re going to love this pan.

This is my go to set of frypans that I use multiple times a day. All three sizes are key from cooking an egg to cooking for 4-6 people. They heat up quickly and clean up beautifully.

I had to make an adjustment with heating first but once I got the hang of it, I can’t see doing it any other way. Yes it may take a bit longer to cook at low-medium, but it’s a more even cook/sear and it’s perfect. I will look forward to buying the sauce pans next.

These pans are great! They are easy to clean and use. The set had all of the pots and pans that I use! It is a perfect set for my new induction cooktop.

Could not be happier with my new Green Pan cookware. The instructions are clear. The pans turn our everything perfectly and clean up like magic. I bought for the health aspect, and also for the bottom which is both induction, and has a finish that is good for the ceramic top on our new range.

My new home came with an induction range and my existing pans were not compatible. Initially I purchased a set of Duxtop pans. They were nice and solid and had comfortable handles. But I found that my eggs stuck to the ceramic coating on the fry pan. And the sauce pans were stainless steel with no ceramic coating which I did not care for. Then I purchased a set of All-Clad HA1 pans. They cooked well, but the handle design was awful and uncomfortable, which was a real problem when using one of the large pans that was full of food. I checked out a couple of other brands and finally decided to go with the Greenpan Valencia Pro. I really like the handles and food does not stick to the ceramic coating. Also, this collection comes with a good assortment of pans and sizes and many of them can be purchased separately which is a big selling feature. Overall I am very pleased with these pans. I hope they are durable and last for years to come.

These pans haveade cooking fun again! I actually try to think of dinners that i can cook inthe pans instead of the oven. Cleanup is so easy and whenever I saute an ingredient, it comes out nicely browned. And I have the piece of mind that I am using pans that are not leaking toxic chemicals into our food. I got rid of all my other skillets excepty cast iron.

Excellent pans, lightweight, completely frictionless, solid handles and induction capable . I had been using Swiss Diamond but with the Consumer Reports story of them leaking PFAs I selected these. They are much more ‘non-stick’ and didn’t cost $$$$.
