I love the size, I can cook a lot at once which saves me time. The weight is great, not too heavy. It heats up pretty quickly and seems to cook evenly. It cleans pretty well although it seems to stain a bit, like I can’t get spots completely clean. It has some scratch marks from my metal fish spatula but not bad.

It is heavy enough to ensure even heating without warping the pan and yet it’s not too heavy (I can lift it and tilt it to pour contents onto serving platter) Deep sides make it easy to make sauces and add pasta to toss. Wide base can easily hold 4 chicken breasts with room so you can get good browning. No long handle means it fits in the oven. Clean up is so easy if you deglaze the pan before washing. Everything about this pan is easy!

I love this pot – especially the size. It’s great for most meals I like to cook. My only issue is consistent with the whole Multi Clad Pro line where the pots easily discolor. A little Barkeeper’s Friend and they’re good as new but I’ve never had this problem with other pots. I’m very happy with the quality of the pots and assume the discoloration is related to the chemistry of the water in my area.

This is a 2nd purchase, because the size of the pan is so perfect for cooking so many foods as we are now a family of two. It is heavy, heats evenly on my induction range and is very easy to clean. The sides are tall enough to cook foods with more saucy liquids. From stove-top to oven then to table this 3 qt casserole with lid is perfect for many of our recipes. So glad I made the original purchase and now so happy to have a 2nd one!

I LOVE this pan. It is my go-to pan for my family of 4. I also purchased the 10 in. pan, but this pan is the perfect size for my family. I love that it doesn’t have the long handle of pans typically this size. Plus, I love the fact that honestly, nothing sticks to this pan. As long as you preheat the pan before you put olive oil in, you are good to go. Food stuck to my old “non-stick” pan more than food does to this. I also love that this pan is dishwasher safe, but after having used it several days a week for a month now, I still haven’t put it in the dishwasher. It’s not because I’m scared to, it is because this pan is so easy to clean in the sink. I have made everything from fried chicken, seared chicken, salmon, creamy pasta meal, chicken breast with cheese on top. Nothing sticks! I just put some dish detergent and hot water in the pan while we eat, and then as soon as we are done, I just rinse out the pan and everything just comes right out. So wonderful!

I was looking for a 12 inch skillet in thIs Cuisinart line and they didn’t have one so I bought this to use primarily as a skillet. My husband and I love it because it is so versatile and we love the design with the two handles. I’m very please with my Cuisinart multi clad pro cookware.

This is a replacement for one that I have had for a few years. The bottom of the pan bent downwards. I contacted the company to find out if it can be repaired. They replaced the pan. Best customer service. I love the versility of the pan.

Exactly what I needed’ I prepare several recipes that require that the pan go from cooktop to oven with a lid, and especially NOT a glass lid! The pan is the perfect size for these recipes. Love the quality of this product a lot!!! It is the right size for almost every kind of dish I cook. Stew, Thai curry, asian country soups, and more. I can feel just good amount of weigh from it which is great, but not like cast iron products of course. This is now for my everyday cooking mate. Love it so much

I have Cuisinart pots but use non stick frying pans. I was reluctant about getting a stainless steel frying pan but I’m so glad it did! I’ve used it several times to cook various meals and not once have I had an issue with food sticking. The pan is expensive but well worth it. I highly recommend this pan!

I absolutely love the multi clad as well as the tri ply range of cookesre by Cuisinart. You get them once and that’s a you would need for the rest of your life. These pan stay just as good as day one of use.
Doesnt require much care other than not to cook it over medium heat(which you would never need to because at medium, heat gets distributed evenly and cooks everything to perfection. The other care would be washing. I highly recommend using Bars Keeps friendly powder to use while washing and they would stay shiny forever 🙂

Surprisingly heavy construction, even heating, I love it! This is the most expensive individual pan I’ve ever purchased, but I think it is going to outlive me, so I feel it is worth the cost. It sears well, and goes from cooktop to oven to table to refrigerator, so I only have to clean one pan.

I have not used this particular item but have used the others in the set. I purchased this to complete my set. Follow the instructions as far as temperatures to use with pans and cleaning instruction. I love these pans!!

I love this newest addiction to my cookware arsenal. Two helper handles is so much better for me vs. 1 helper and a long handle. Easier to work with and manipulate on stovetop. Heats up well and evenly. This 5.5 qt size is perfect. Holds anything we make. Cleans up beautifully too.
