As usual Fed X delivers damaged packages and foot prints on package. They also delivered the packages to the neighboring business on a Saturday when they were closed so I didn’t receive them until Monday putting me another 2 days behind schedule so our kitchen won’t be complete until after Thanksgiving. Not only did they deliver to the wrong address but I didn’t receive notification of delivery until 4 days after the packages were delivered.
This has caused us to have to abort hosting Thanksgiving diner at our house so now my son has to host the family diner at his house.
We’ve been loyal Customers for at least 30 years but all purchases from that have been delivered by Fed X have shown signs of abuse. Until employs a more reliable shipper we will purchase from other vendors.
