Glad this is exactly like the version I bought 6 years ago, giving it 3 star because it’s a pain in the a$& to install and remove the old one. And it only lasted 6 years. My other gripe it there’s no good way to fill it with out it overflowing every other time.

Loved the fact that it is primarily metal. Others we’ve had the insides were plastic and broke easily.

We bought a soap dispenser several years ago and it worked quite well until recently. The pump is frozen and no longer pushes down. I called for advice on how to fix this and Dan told me that the pump simply shouldn’t be doing this and that they would send me a new unit free of charge. It’s great to see a company stand behind its product like this.

Quality product that replaced a cheap dispenser that came with our double kitchen sink. Only complaint, plastic soap tube connection to the pumper could be better. We had to use Crazy Glue to secure it.

This was a perfect replacement for the soap dispenser that came with my 16 year-old Moen faucet. It was easy to install and works very well. It could also be added to a sink deck that has an unused knockout for a dispenser.

I have purchased 3 of these soap dispensers to use with Dawn dish soap. The first 2 may have lasted a year or so before losing their ability to pump. I only bought the 3rd because it was the only one available at the time. I may be a slow learner, but I won’t make the same mistake a 4th time. I’d rather have no dispenser than one that won’t work.

turns out, as I didn’t notice till I got it home, that it was opened already, and the tube was missing from the blister pack. Someone returned this for some reason, and made it look unopened, by just cutting the sides of the blister pack, and stuck it back in.

I’ve purchased 2 of these over the last few years, and I’ve found that they last about a couple years before they stop pumping. The problem is that the internal parts are made of plastic and they wear out, brake and/or disintegrate, making the pumping mechanism unusable. Furthermore, the warranty is only 1 year, so they seem to be designed to fail so you’ll buy another one. Pay a little more and get one with a lifetime warranty.
