Threading on all parts very sharp so be careful. Bottle difficult to fit and thread and easy to strip.

Got this soap dispenser about 6 months ago and it doesn’t work anymore. 6 months of use out of this isn’t enough. It gets pricey having to replace this more than once a year.

Love this brushed nickel soap dispenser … it goes well with my new stainless steel sink and faucet. Match is very close. The simple design goes very nicely with the simple lines of the faucet.

This broke in less than 3 months with very gentle use. The top and spring broke. won’t take it back or help in any way so it was a waste of money and not to mention the cost to install and remove it/

Soap dispenser easy to install and looks stylish in my kitchen. All the parts appear well made and should last a long time. I use a funnel and just fill it from the top.

Replacing old broken one. It looks and works perfectly. Not sure why I waited so long to get a new one…

The device uses the outside threads with a nylon nut and washer to tighten to the underside of the countertop. There are inside threads on the same stem to which the bottle screws on. As you tighten the bottle, it loosens the nylon nut. So, you have to hold the nut anytime you take the bottle off to refill it. Pass on this one and find a better design.

Couldn’t find what I was looking for. Within minutes help arrived. They directed me to it. brought it home and had it installed within minutes. Easy peezy. great job . On top of all that, I got a 10% military discound. So happy we went back two nights later and purchased a new Maytag dishwasher. Just so happened, the same person helped me. bonus.
