I have always wanted a soap dispenser that was mounted into the sink and this one was the best addition to our new kitchen update. It matches our pull down faucet and is super convenient to have rather than a stand alone soap dispenser. It reduces clutter near the sink and the pump works great! You can wash your hands with ease and it doesn’t leak at all like our stand alone soap dispenser was.

I am disappointed in the amount of times I have to pump for soap to dispense. Now the little plastic ring have fallen out from somewhere. I don’t know where it goes. Can’t find directions to put it back in place.

Good quality and easy to install. Used the ship to our store option and that was seamless. We dropped the mounting nut during installation and it ended up inside a wall. Contacted Kraus customer service (contact details were provided with the dispenser) and they shipped a replacement part right away. Very pleased.

Great design. We have their faucet and are very happy with the quality of fixture. But my dumb self ordered the wrong finish so I have to exchange this for the correct one that matches our faucet.

The plastic-y Glacier Bay pump that came with my faucet broke after a few months of use. I got this pump to replace it and I am very happy with the apparent improvement in quality. This one is largely constructed of metal, even the pump mechanism has a metal body, so I trust this will hold up for longer. It feels weighty and pumps soap easily and smoothly. The bottle is higher capacity than the previous pump I had, so fewer refills are needed. Overall, very happy with this one so far. Will update the review when and if I have any issues with this down the road.

I love this soap dispenser and was extremely disappointed to see the description has on their site is incorrect for item KSD-41. It has a 120z capacity, not 17oz. The mfg site says 12oz and I confirmed with the mfg as well that a 17oz bottle is not available for purchase for this specific design. So bummed.
