I love this sink would not change anything except the packing. We had the wrong clips in the box and that could have been a nightmare, but the store helped us resolve the issue quickly.

We absolutely love the sink, the material is very durable, it tolerates heat and I’ve jabbed it with knives and forks accidentally and it didn’t scratch or chip. One problem we had was that there are mounting brackets just under the lip of the sink that we didn’t account for in our measurements that kept the sink from fitting in the 33×22″ hole. This was a replacement and we didn’t actually know how large the hole was under our current sink, we only knew the size of the current sink and duplicated that. Our counter top is tile so this was a real problem. We had to use a saw blade that could cut through ceramic tile and notch out spots for the brackets. Once that was accomplished, all is well! It really is a great sink and we love it.

I love this sink BUT – I had to increase my counter opening due to an offset lip underneath and – the mounting hardware was missing. I called the number from the booklet and they were unable to assist. Gave me a number for Customer line to get a rebate BUT, I still had no install hardware. I want to store East where I purchased it with no results. I then went to West store and two employees did their very best to resolve this by pulling hardware from another sink from Allen + Roth – looked similar BUT – nope! So, since my plumber was coming for a second time – right now it’s installed with no mounting hardware!

The sink is great, I like the color and the fact that it looks bigger than it is because of the low middle divider part (whatever it’s called). The only reason I don’t give it a 5-star is because it didn’t come with the stuff needed to install it. The low price makes up for it though.

They box states that the item is scratch resistant durable but the material is mixture of marble and Some other thing it breaks or chips easily during installation. They say you can install it on top or under the countertop to when you try to install under you have to cut and that is where things turn messy it will chip and you already has you countertop cut to the size now you face with dilemma you want to cut it to fit but the item is fragile and it cracks on your had so I wouldn’t recommend this product!!!!

I saw this sink online and was glad that i was able to find it at the store because we needed a sink ASAP. I love the color, although we saw that the countertop was bad where the old sink was so we need to get a new countertop now. We’ve got the sink in for now and just love it.

It’s a perfectly serviceable black sink, if it were able to be installed. Unfortunately my sink came with the incorrect mounting hardware, which the 1-800 line is unable to procure and the store has zero interest in assisting me with. So while it’s a lovely black sink, it doesn’t come in especially useful sitting on the floor.

The sink itself is beautiful. The installation was very easy except for securing the sink to the counter. We installed it underneath the counter top and the way the sink is made you only have 4 spots to tighten it up to the counter top. Two of which came apart, one tightened up and the other one striped out in the screw head.

This sink is absolutely beautiful! The black matte is wonderful! I’ve only had it a few weeks but it cleans up easy and it’s nice and deep. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat

So far great item, only reason did not receive 5 stars is the time and effort it took to install as they built in a 1/2 x 1/16 inch recess when they could have just made it flat, but i dont install professionally so maybe there is a reason for that.

I am doing a complete kitchen remodel with all new cabinets and appliances. I wanted black appliances and that was pretty easy, but never imagined I could have a black sink until I happened to find this Kenji Nero Granite sink. It is beautiful and the installation was easy with options for one or three holes for your choice of faucet style. Smooth surface that’s easy to clean and much quieter than the stainless steel that I replaced. It’s perfect in my new kitchen!
