I only received one originally. Then after calling I found out that my issue was not a issue and that I needed to call the seller, which in this case was the manufacturer. I gave them a call and the lady on the other end was great. She looked up my order and immediately asked for my address to ship out another. Note: I orginally did a ship to store. Two days later I had the second one.
As for the product. Wow. Very nice and high qualty. I have cooked several meals in them, along with several other pots and pans out of the artisan line. They are all great. I couldn’t be happier. The flat bottoms allow for something that you normally don’t get with cast iron on glass top stoves…. even heat distrbution. They also clean up extremely easy. Anywho… I can’t reccomend these enough.
