Love this cookware set. I’m sick and tired of dealing with having to replace the non-stick pans every year. I consider Cuisinart stainless steel so much better for me and my family. Sure they are not non-stick but they are really not hard to clean and will last a really long time.

Overall, a great value. Good quality cookware for the most part, looks good and performs well.
Pans feel sturdy, the impact-welded base is nice and thick without being cumbersome, and the lids fit well. The glass lids do not have ports, and that’s a plus for me. The base distributes heat very well, though not quite as well as a good 3-ply set.
If it were to cost much more, I would certainly expect more, but as it stands this was a great purchase. We’ve used (see, “abused”) this set at least once a day for three months straight, and I would purchase again. I would consider upgrading to the MCP-12N knowing what I know now, but the price was right and I have no regrets.
I do wish the sauté pan was a bit larger than 3 quarts; for my needs, I also purchased the Cuisinart Chef’s Classic Pro 5 Quart Casserole to “complete” the set.

These were my Christmas gift to my husband. He’s an excellent cook, and deserved to have terrific equipment with which to work his magic. These pots work perfectly on our induction stove, and clean up is a breeze. Goodbye T-Fal ! No need for questionably unsafe coating on our cookware to achieve how easily these clean. They are well made, and very comfortable to the hand. I’m so glad I bought these.

We purchased as a gift for our sin. He loved it – and we were very impressed as he opened. He loves it. Hasn’t done much cooking yet but plans to take a cooking class especially to use his great cookware.

The first set was the top of th line. I am using them on a induction oven which is new to me. The first pot burned and the others had marks after being dishwasher. They were also too heavy so I exchanged them for this 11 piece set,.I have been very careful not to put it on high and yet they still burned and have marks from washing and the dishwasher. I had Cuisinart pots and
Farberware pots for 49 years and they looked brand new when I gave them away. I am thinking of returning these also

The cookware has been living up to my expectations at this point. The cookware heats up fast and evenly. A few things to keep in mind when done cooking with the pans. Make sure you put water in the pan let it heat up if there is food residue stuck to the bottom. Use a plastic or wood, NEVER a metal spatula or spoon to scrap the pan bottom. Then proceed to use warm to hot water and a good soap and soft sponge for final clean up. I use Brillo Cameo aluminum and stainless steel cleaner to restore the luster of newness to the cookware.

The fry pan(not coated)was used to cook chicken simmering with some butter green chilies which cooked great when done the pan was cooled down and placed in sink when I went to wash it Has black spots at firs thought it got pitted ( and no it was washed by hand not dishwasher)
It’s not pitted black spots won’t come off pan

The best cookware I have ever owned. It will be with me for a lifetime.

I really wanted to love this cookware. I did not have good luck with the Cuisinart nonstick cookware, so I thought I would give the stainless steel a try. The pots and pans are beautiful to look at; however, after using the 3.5 qt. saucepan the very first time, there were noticeable black marks inside the pan on the bottom as if it had been scratched or something. I did not use anything but a wooden spoon in the pan, so I cannot understand how this happened. I still have one Farbarware saucepan left from my very old set of 40 years, and it does not show any sign of wear like that. The smaller saucepan showed these same signs after use as well, but that one was used by my husband and I cannot attest that no metal touched it.
Still, I am very disappointed. I had really hoped for something more durable. They are very heavy to pick up also. Great for sturdiness; not so great for lifting with something in it. I would not buy these again for myself.

So happy with my Cuisinart stainless pots and pans. I have an electric stove and these are the most evenly and quickest heating pans I have ever had.

Love this cookware…as always with cuisinart this equipment is made with quality and very substantial.
The even heat distribution and exact fitting lids makes the cooking process easier, more efficient and quite a joy.
I was concerned with the stainless steel as to how difficult the clean up process would be after…it was a breeze.
I can’t recommend this cookware highly enough.
Cuisinart, you folks did it again.
Good job.
Thank you

This set is absolutely amazing! Well made, sturdy, cooks evenly, and versatile. Our opinion is that SS cookware is the best and this set does not disappoint! Those who happen to complain about SS may be utilizing it incorrectly. You cannot blast the burner and cook with SS. If you do, your food will stick. You must also use the correct cooking oil. It does come with a non-stick pan, great for delicate items such as fish.

I just bought the Cuisinart 11 Piece Professional Collection set of pots and pans. I like them a lot. They are stainless steel and heavy. I haven’t used them all yet but I made the right choice in pots and pans.

It was the best choice for me as I can count on the brand of the product! The price point is perfect for a well designed durable set.

I’m more than satisfied with my Cuisinart set. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. Faster and even heating, cooking, and keeps food warm longer. The pieces clean up beautifully when washed.
I do suggest heating the pieces before adding food or use cooking spray to prevent food from sticking.

Moved from a gas range home to an induction top range. My vintage copper clads were incompatible so I searched an found the this fine set of cookware. After a couple of uses I am back to normal meals and love my Cuisinarts.

We just bought them but they are already discolored and some have pittings. We got them because we had a house fire and now we’re renting a house with a glass top electric stove. The discoloration is tolerable but we’re afraid to use the 2 qt pot because it’s heavily pitted. We just have time to mess with returning etc because we have a lot of other things to worry about right now.

Pans heat up quickly and evenly. Handles are never too hot to handle. Clean right after using so they don’t stain. Love these

This is the best cookware set I’ve ever owned. It never fails to cook my food perfectly without sticking or burning.

When I saw the set in the store I thought I’ve always wanted stainless steel cookware and the price was just right..I have to say I am very satisfied everything cooks evenly and the strainer cover makes cooking pasta a breeze and the durability and craftsmanship is top notch plus I run them through the dishwasher so easy i would recommend this set to anyone 2 thumbs up!!!

I love our set. Cooks and looks great in our kitchen!

Love everything about my new set with the exception of the pot with strainer lid. While straining pasta from the pot I had to take my hand off the lid the hold the handle with both hands as the pot was heavy. The lid came off while straining the water and I lost all the cooked pasta down the sink. There should be a way for the lid to lock on and the pot could use a second handle on the side for ease of straining.

Although the pans are beautiful and feel high quality, I was extremely disappointed with their performance. The first time I used the saucepan, the food stuck so bad while the pasta was still in boiling water that I couldn’t even scrape it off. I was even stirring it more than it called for. After using the large fry pan and stock pot only once, the inside became discolored, even after washing multiple times as specified in the instructions. I hate that I spent this much money on pans that I’m not going to feel comfortable using in fear of the sticking.

Cuisinart professional series cookware is a very nice set so far. I especially love the pit with the steamer insert. It does get spots or stains that I’m trying to figure out how to get rid of. I’m also learning how to cook on low/medium l. So far so good.

I absolutely love my new stainless steel cookware. Easy to cook with and an easy clean up. I especially like the vegetable steamer and the sizes of all the pots and pans are perfect.

Great cookware set. Everything you need. Very nice set. Good quality. Induction compatible.

I love these pans. I have been looking for a set of stainless steel cookware and when I saw these I decided to try them. They cook amazingly and the surface is nonstick if you cook correctly.

We bought the Cookware Set after purchasing an Induction Stove as the cookware was Induction ready. We selected the assortment because it had most of the items we wanted. The steamer basket, an attachment we use a lot, made this set stand out from the others we viewed. Haven’t been disappointed. We love cooking on our new Induction Stove with the Professional Series Cookware 11 Piece Set. The pans heat evenly and clean easily. I like the glass lids so you can see whats going on in the pot.

NOT REALLY WHAT I EXPECTED. THE SIDES OF THE INSIDE BURNS EASILY. EXPENSIVE AND NOT GOOD QUALITY GOTTEN OTHER BRAND CHEAPER AND BETTER QUALITY.

I bought these to work on our new Induction Cooktop. I wanted Stainless; this was the size set that I wanted at a great price point. I like the weight of the pans, they clean up easily. If you know how to preheat a pan they do not stick. I fry eggs in mine all the time and they slide right out. You just have to start with a HOT, a drop of water dances around the pan HOT and you’ll be fine. I’d prefer metal lids not glass, but that is a small quip.
