The Cuisinart GG33-30H GreenGourmet Hard Anodized 5.5-Quart Sauté Pan has introduced branded cookware with the new GreenGourmet line. Exclusive Cuisinart Ceramica nonstick technology is ceramic based instead of petroleum based, helping to conserve existing oil supplies and the coating is applied at a temperature one half that of conventional nonstick. And it’s completely free of PTFE and PFOA. The cookware’s hard anodized construction provides high heat conductivity, which requires less energy to reach desired cooking temperatures. Riveted stainless handles stay cool on the stovetop and are made from 70% recycled stainless steel. Today, more and more home cooks are going green… and so is Cuisinart cookware! The 5.5 quart sauté pan is ideal for browning, searing and braising, and this big pan gives home chefs multiple meal options.

This pan is amazing. I gave it only four stars because the long handle on such a large pan is difficult to maneuver. That said nothing sticks to this pan and the even cooking surface is better than any I’ve used.

Used it for about a month now. Enjoy cooking and the easy clean up. The burner side is already blemishing and I cannot clean the bottom blemishes ( I have a glass top stove ).

I bought it to replace a Calfalon pan of the same size. So far I am very happy with it.

I love this saute pan. I use it almost every night. The finish is so.smooth and I can use it on the stove and also in the oven.

I love my new Cuisinart nonstick saute pan. Just used it tonight to make a white fish. Worked perfectly and is well-made. My main reason for buying it was that the tender white fish would stick to my nonstick saute pan, but I love it even more because of the size. It seems to also cook evenly.

Great size! My favorite pan! I wish they kept the old style with two short handles instead of one long handle.

This is a fantastic pan, and big enough for the largest sautees.

Ever since my SIL started screwing up my cookware, I’ve been replacing it (and protecting it). Good cookware should be treated with respect, if you expect it to last. I HAD a very nice double handled, non-stick skillet. My SIL got his mitts on it and it got all scratched up and the bottom WARPED. I had to replace it.
After much research, I chose this Cuisinart sauté pan. The first thing I did was read the instructions. Then, season it well and hide it from my SIL. Later, I had the opportunity to actually do a cooking test of the pan. I did a sausage and mushroom omelet for my wife and I. It turned out great.
This pan is perfect. Here’s the deal. Follow the instructions. Season it well. DO NOT go higher than medium heat. DO NOT put it in the dishwasher. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners. DO NOT use metal utensils. Follow these simple rules and this pan will last you a lifetime.
I really like this pan. I do most of the cooking in this house and know that I can depend on this pan for great results every time. Five stars.

This is a great pan for our larger meals. The non-stick is great and safe and I can easily wipe off before hand washing.
