My family enjoys crepes and small corn tortillas. I bought it for this purpose, but I’m finding so many more uses. These pans heat up quickly and evenly and they are beautiful. Makes cooking a pleasure.

The ten inch skillet is my go to pan for sautéing small batch vegetables. Always performs well, conducting heat to the food without burning. And, amazingly enough foods never, ever stIck with cleanup a breeze!

Cuisinart never let’s me down. Having enjoyed flawless service with a toaster for many years, I was not at all surprised that my new skillet was equally exceptional. After passing the scrambled egg test – absolutely no sticking and easy to clean – I knew I’d found the perfect pan. It heats quickly, has just the right heft, maintains it’s sparkle with minimal washing, and even works as well as a wok for stir frying.

I bough this about a month ago and have used it several times. As others have said, it is great for eggs, but I’ve also sautéed many other things in it. The coating doesn’t stick, it cleans easily, and the heat control is great. I recommend this.

It’s everything I wanted: flat bottom, insulated handle, non-stick cooking surface, and cleans with a swipe of a soapy cloth. The 10″ is perfect also for one-person meals. I use it daily, multiple times.

Hello. I had inadvertently ordered this Chef’s Classic Skillet vice a current set matching Professional Series replacement skillet and find it not quite as good. The Classic’s different bottom is now induction ready but does not heat the same as the Professional Series. I will be sure to order the Professional Series in the future. Thanx.
