I love this pot, however, my only concern with it is the lid. It gets very hot while cooking and you need to remember to use an oven mitt or towel to look into the pot while cooking or risk burning your fingers.

Excellent quality, I am happy with this product. Recommend it

Great size and design (mostly). Love that there are measurement lines within the pot. Genius! Only drawback is that the handles get very hot – wish they could make them so you can grab the pot without needing mitts!

This is a great stock pot. The first thing I made was a roast pork with veggies. I browned the pork on top of the stove, filled it with carrots, celery, potatoes, some chicken stock and water. From the stove top, I put it in the oven, and 4 hours later I had a great roast pork dinner. Nothing stuck to it and it cleaned up great. I will be slowly replacing my cookware with stainless.

I replaced another pot with this one and I love it.

It’s the perfect size for a post of soup or paste for a family of 4. I love the durability and the measurement markings. Excellent pot!

These are great quality pots and pans – I have several sizes and love them. They are durable and easy to clean.

Just make sure you dry it off after washing to avoid water spots

I love cooking with this stockpot. It’s deep enough to make soups and chili to serve, freeze, or share a meal.

Excellent quality, cools food evenly, follow the care instructions, warms quickly, you don’t need to turn your burner on high.

I was looking for a 6 quart stock pot to fill a missing gap in my cookware. I own the Cuisinart 12 piece MultiClad Pro Triple Ply cookware set. I was skeptical as to how this stockpot compares to the triple ply construction. After using it a few times, I found that heat distribution was good and it was a good stockpot even though it’s construction was different. The only complaint is that the handles can get hot even though the claim is that they stay cool. I will add that most of my use of this pot is for making pasta and I haven’t done a lot of sauces or other things that may cause me to change my opinion.

Absolutely beautiful pot. Great build. It has a good solid weight but not too heavy. Haven’t had any issues with sticking when sauteing large amounts before I add liquids.

More than decent stock pot at an affordable price. Arrived promptly and was well packed.

After researching cookware I found that Cuisinart is the best cookware for me. It can be used as bakeware as well and it is easy to clean. From my experience Cuisinart stands behind it’s products. My first Cuisinart product was a DLC7 I bought in 1983.

User of Cuisinart products for many, many years (appliances, cookware, bake ware) but did not have this stockpot. Can rely on Cuisinart in daily cooking whether it’s for detailed recipes or quick meals.
P.S. Unfortunately, my Cuisinart CHW-12R 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker Plus Hot Water System Coffee Maker, Brushed Metal/Red just recently died after all these years and is NO LONGER MANUFACTURED.
Had to purchase a coffeemaker in RED other than Cuisinart. Very, VERY disappointing! Need to keep COLOR varieties available.

Awesome for cooking soup and small to take out for camping

I love this pot! It’s the perfect size for a pot of soup, or chili. It has such a nice weight to it and cooks evenly.

Great quality and plenty of room to cook most of everything we need

I’ve only used this pot once. It works excellent on my glass top stove. The pot conducts the heat very evenly. It’s a nice size if you’re making a larger amount of something like a pot of chili for a cold day or some chicken soup. Would buy again.

The pot looks great when it arrives all shiny and new. The problem is that when you cook with it it gets these discoloration marks in the bottom of the pot. Not sure what is causing it. They are permanent marks that you can not scrub away.

I chose stainless steel because it’s good & safe for food storage. And this one is large enough. But food gets stuck at the bottom of the pot. That’s the part that I don’t like about it. It takes some elbow grease to clean it.

Product is Great however registering the products is not user friendly and I still have 5 more pots and pans I cannot register due to website

I thought I ruined my original stockpot with burnt apples. After scrubbing on/off for several days – I just ordered a new one out of frustration. Then my husband took over. With his extra muscle we managed to clean the burnt pot in less than 2 days and it now looks brand new. I was pleasantly surprised and now I have two pots for making stock, soups/chili and canning this year. For me it was a win/win and I’m definitely glad I didn’t just throw it out. This stockpot is well worth the money

I LOVE my Cuisinart pots and pans! I bought this 3 piece set to go with my other set, which I have had for well over 20 years and which is STILL going strong and looking very nice. I’d like to say I treat them with utmost care, but the truth is, I’m a pot slinging, pan dropping, hot mess…which simply goes to show what kind of quality Cuisinart represents. You’ll love them, too, and they make a SUPERB gift. My Mom and Dad gave me that first set, those long 20 years PLUS, ago. Thanks, Mom and Dad!
