I like how this connects the style of the sink. When you are able to remove the soap bottle or fancy soap dispenser, not only is that one less thing on the counter but also seamless transition from the faucet. Very easy to install. I’ve had it for about a week now and love it.

What a great touch for a great product. I’ve had a soap dispenser in the kitchen sink counter forever. I had new quartz counters made and thought before they are installed I’d do new accessories. Delta was my choice. The previous dispenser was always difficult to fill because I never thought to use a funnel. Now is so simple to do my wife can do it. Thanks for a great idea for a great product.

I’ve had it now 10 days and 3 of those the head came off into the sink.
the head does NOT fit inside in order to pump the soap out.
my old one(40 years old) I was able to pump with just my thumb.
WHY would Delta approve such an idiotic design which such a huge flaw.

Love my faucet but find this newer version This soap dispenser is too stiff to press. Had a prior delta soap dispenser that I loved for18 years but this new one is not hand friendly

Bought this along with the top of the line Trimsic Pro faucet. It was the only soap dispenser that matched in color (black stainless). The color and style do indeed match but we find it’s operation flimsy. It has a long soap dispensing spout and a small button on top. (My kids think it looks like a tank barrel!) Unfortunately, If you do not push directly on top of the center button of the dispenser it almost comes apart at the head. And it’s very hard if you have a sponge in your hand and you try to dispense soap at the same time. It’s awkward and many times I end up having the dispenser start to come apart. overall, we can not recommend this design and would have returned it if there was another option from Delta in the color/style we need.

It seems like this should of lasted longer than 2 and a half years. But as you can see in the photo, it rusted and fell apart. Poor quality.

We had an extra hole on our sink and the soap dispenser provides a nice clean improvement over a plastic soap holder.
