After (3) free replacements for bad automatic dispensers Delta made the decision to stop manufacturing the automatic one and offered to replace it with this Manuel one. Is’s obviously much simpler…the one we received from Delta came with no instruction sheet and we are not sure if we received all of the parts since the spout spins on the tube like a child’s top. Seems to me it should fit more snugly? Anyway we are at least satisfied that Delta stood behind their products.

The soap dispenser looks great and works, but the fit between the pump head and base is so wobbly, it feels like it’s broken when pressed down. Delta says that is normal. Very disappointed in the fit quality. My old dispenser which was 1/4 the price felt much more sturdy when pressed.

We bought this soap dispenser to accompany our Essa faucet. It’s very nice looking and works great.
