This is an 8 inch drop in sink that is stainless steel. It is a well made sink that will be used on the campground we are working at. My husband is currently building a cabinet for it to fit into. It will be right outside our Fifth Wheel to help wash up after cooking outdoors. Currently the temperature is below freezing and therefore it’s not hooked up to water. Can’t wait until spring. Will update pictures when it’s fully installed.

Elkay’s stainless sink basin will make a very nice improvement to any kitchen remodel. Nice clean design with nice solid mounting brackets and hardware. I really like sinks that have a single hole for a faucet as this allows for a more clean less cluttered area. One of the most important attributes is that it was made in the USA. Make the purchase you will not be disappointed.

I had recently renovated our laundry room and was not pleased with the sink I had installed. I decided to replace it with the Freeport 22” x 25” sink. It is about 2 inches deeper than my original sink and seems much more sturdy. It also comes with the fasteners to secure it to the counter top. The stainless finish is very nice and I was glad to see that it has silencing materials on the outside of the bowl. Thus, it is much quieter than my old sick. This is a one hole sink which was perfect for my faucet. Overall, I am very pleased with the new sink and highly recommend it if it the size you need.

I got this sink and decided to use it as a replacement for the sink in my RV. After measuring everything it looked like it would fit but with a slim margin. I installed it without any issues and when I began to hook up the plumbing it wouldn’t fit in the available space. I ended up removing the sink and putting the old one back. The quality of the sink is decent. It does seem a little flimsy so I probably wouldn’t use it in a higher end set up, but great of a shop or utility sink.

We are currently refurbishing an older travel trailer, and I wanted to replace the kitchen countertop and sink. I defiantly wanted a medium size single sink. And it needed to have a rim as the new counter will be made from wood. This sink will be perfect. Size is perfect, style (rimmed with single hole) is perfect, and it feel like it is sturdy enough to get the job done. It also has insulation pads on to to buffer the sound of dishes being placed inside. My only complaint is that the sink did not come with the drain attachment. Maybe no sinks do?

This sink is the first step in re-doing the utility room; it’s a nice replacement for the beat up one I have now. The 20 gauge makes for a heavy sink that won’t get dented easily. I wish there was more sound deadening panels on it though, I think that would help to quiet things down. Installation is the same as any other drop in sink…put the sink in the opening and attach using the clips. Mounting the faucet is easy, just keep in mind that this is only a single hole faucet, so you won’t be able to use a 3 hole faucet with this. I also wish that the sink was deeper, but I knew what I was getting when I grabbed it.

unlike some places that may sell sinks of some brand you’ve never heard of This is a made in USA quality drop in stainless steel sink. It comes in an oversized box to protect from damages in shipping, and includes hardware for mounting. personally I prefer a drop-in sink It’s a combination of The fact that it’s never going to fall out like the bottom mount sinks can and do, and the countertop work is simpler and thus less costly. This sink has a single hole which with today’s modern faucets is all you need!
As a family that cooks a lot we like the fact that this has a single large bowl with a fairly deep bottom so that you can fit many different types of pans and cooking utensils in the sink. compared to the old fashioned double bowl sink This is much more practical for people to cook a lot in my opinion.
many sinks don’t come with much in the way of sound deadening and it can make the daily chore of washing dishes louder than necessary! I was glad to find that this sink has sound deadening adhesive on each side and a large one on the bottom.
The center drain is a standard type arrangement and should not require reworking your plumbing in most situations I can think of. I have installed a different sink that had a rear drain The required reworking The plumbing stack in the wall which was extremely difficult in time-consuming. That’s why I mentioning this so that you can tell you’re not going to probably have any issues with this sink because it is a more standard arrangement and gives you more room for the plumbing at the back.

The Freeport Drop-In sink by Elkay is a very nice and sturdy sink that can be used in multiple locations. The sink bowl has a large capacity being eight inches deep. It is also made of 20 gauge stainless steel making it strong and very sturdy. I used this as a utility sink by my BBQ area and it worked out great. Installation was very easy using silicone sealant and the included mounting clips. Overall, this is a very nice and well-made sink.
