We love this pan. It is well built, thick aluminum, and has an excellent cast iron-like finish! Eggs slide off the pan like you’d see in a cheesy infomercial. Speaking of cheese, burnt cheese did NOT stick to the pan either! As with anything non-stick, metal utensils or scrubbers are a no-no. I expect this pan to last quite a long time.

Great little skillet. Haven’t had anything to stick in it. Cleans up very easily. Cooked food evenly with no problems. Made of heavy and durable materials. I had a couple of my friends to ask about how good it is.

We got this Gotham steel pro 12 inch nonstick fry pan for our mom. The frying pan is quite lightweight and the food does not stick on it while cooking. Since this is a nonstick pan, cooking takes substantially less amount of oil which is healthy for the family. The pan comes with an instruction manual on how to care and clean it for long use. The cleaning is simple with a soft dish cloth and soap. It is also dishwasher friendly. The big size of the pan makes it much easier to cook different types of dishes with ease. The handle of the pan is heat resistant which is a key aspect for any cooking pan. Overall, this is a great addition to our kitchen and daily use for us and our mom.

I got this pan as a gift for my partner. He is my personal chef and he was impressed with it. One day, we made eggs, pancakes and hot dogs for breakfast. And it is nice to see that the food doesn’t stay on it. It has many benefits, for example, the fry pan is not heavy at all. And the size is good because I can cook a few items on it. I loved that it included the instructions and how to care for it and clean it. When it comes to cleaning the pan, I didn’t have a hard time doing it. The material is durable and of great quality. Long story short, it truly offers a high performance when it comes to frying food.

The Gotham professional non-stick frying pan is simply amazing. It is built to last and the non-stick surface is non stick. It heats evenly and consistently, and it is heavy enough to stay hot, but light enough not to tire your arm. It cleans up nicely. I am very excited to keep using this frying pan for years to come!

I used this pan for the first time for breakfast and I fell in love instantly. First off the size is great. I was able to scramble a dozen eggs for my family at one time and it did not stick at all. Easy Easy clean up and not super heavy. This is a great pan to have in your kitchen.
