We are de cluttering 15 years of kitchen junk, and anything that takes up too much space. We loved our air fryer but just didn’t have room for it. This is the PERFECT replacement! I’ve only had this for about a week and have already used it for fries, chicken tenders, cheese sticks and Brussel sprouts! Each one came out perfect! If you’re looking to save space and get rid of the bulky kitchen gadgets go get one of these!

Gotham Steels 2-piece Crisper Tray set is pretty great. I had not heard of this brand or tray before but am really glad to have gotten one and try it. I thought the copper color looked professional and a little better than other cookware. I selected a large size pan. At first, I thought maybe I should have gone larger, but I am really happy with the large it is ample size to make a dinner for four. If you are only making a side dish this is more than enough room, we always have leftovers. We limit the amount of fried food we eat and this offers a way to change up the flavor of baked food. It allows you to eliminate oils and cut down on the fat, the food cooks well and tastes good. Not only is this easier than frying, it also cuts down on the mess and cleanup of frying on a stove top. I really like the ceramic coating it’s nicer to cook with and easy to clean and also no hazardous chemicals to worry about. I think this is also easier to use than an air fryer. This seemed good for cooks of any skill level and very affordable, so I bought a few more for Christmas gifts.

I purchased this tray to try out with my new air fryer. The basket and try fit perfectly into it, while still having enough room for all of my cooking needs without having to make 2 batches. So far, I have made turkey bacon and French fries – all I can say is, WOW! They each came out restaurant quality. Both the tray and basket are easy to clean, making this a go to utensil. A great purchase!

I do not like to fry much anymore. I like the crispiness from the oven or air fryer. Since it is winter I like to use the oven to help warm the house. This is used just like pan. Put the food in the tray, bake, and enjoy. I like that the food is cooking all around and not needing to flip half way through. Also that the crumbs end up on the tray and not at the bottom of my oven.

I love the look and feel of this tray. It has a very pretty copper finish to it. The large size was perfect for my leftover fries and burger last night. The fries were really crispy and I didn’t use any oil or spray. They shook right out of the basket with no sticking. It also worked to toast my burger! It was super easy to clean. My only problem is that the box is a little misleading. It seems to promise 50 recipes inside, but it just gives you a website to go to.

Well I really wanted this to be a better product. It is a nice product, however it takes longer to air fry than if I were to use my air fryer. Well built,sturdy and easy to clean. I first tried onion rings,they took 25 minutes and still were not Crispy. My hubby was disappointed and said we should have fried in oil. I’m eating healthier so I like to bake/air fry. French fries took 40 minutes. Mozzarella sticks 20 minutes. This product is not as large as I thought it would be.

I was so excited to learn about this crisper tray. I am a big fan of the benefits of air frying but always find most air fryers to have a small surface area. This crisper tray is awesome and so convenient! I love that I can put a meal for the entire family on it and that I can use it in my oven instead of an additional appliance. The quality is excellent and it includes a durable tray to catch drippings. It’s dishwasher safe and non stick. It is definitely my new favorite way to cook and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Gotham Steel Large Crisper Tray
Is simply wonderful , it is like having a air fryer in your oven, the chicken , French fries and shrimp actually comes out as they were deep fry but without all that grease . It also has two baskets so it air fries it at every angle that way it even fries the food in the middle too.
I made mozzarella sticks with it and the cheese didn’t leak all over, it was fully cooked and held the cheese in the breading . And one of the best features is it is so easy to clean just wipe it down and rinse off. Even dishwasher safe.
This is a awesome item to have in kitchen

I am very happy with the quality and size of this air fry basket, I was able to cook 3 chicken thighs and a bunch of sweet potato fries perfectly. Plus, because it is ceramic coated it is dishwasher safe, on the top rack.
Who needs anything else?!

This works exactly as described. I’ve used it several times with great results. I made of a batch of home cut french fries and chicken tenders for my grandkids and they were perfect. I also used for lightly breaded chicken to be used in chicken parm and it was perfect and light. I find this easier to use than an air fryer with basket.

What a great crisping tray to get that crisp food without having to fry it in oil. I love how the tray is elevated to allow the air to flow all through. Sits with a copper tray underneath to catch any crumbs or grease. Food comes out crispy without all the mess. Cooks evenly. Easy to clean.

I have been been using an air fryer for a long time to get foods crispy and normally feel like the oven doesn’t do a great job, especially with certain types of fries or potatoes. This pan and wire basket combination is perfect! I have tried it with a variety of frozen potatoes and everything comes out perfectly crisp and does not require turning! It is easy to clean up with hand washing. My only complaint is that it could be larger and hold more, but it still holds quiet a bit and can feed a family!
