This slow cooker is extremely useful. It is made of non-stick ceramic and I think it is fantastic because it gives me confidence when using it without having to pay attention so that the food does not burn. It is a very versatile pot since in it you can make different food dishes including rice, vegetables, grilled meat and even frying among other things. The pot inside is removable, very easy to wash and clean, with a good capacity for food for up to 10 people, the lid is made of strong and resistant glass and the handles are very comfortable. In general it is easy to use, comfortable and practical. I love my new pot especially on Sundays when I like to cook salmon and vegetables and I must confess that I have never been so rich in my new skillet deluxe multi-cooker. Highly recommended.

Design:
The Reserve 12” Frying Pan is beautifully designed. It’s simple but striking. The gold handles really elevate the look, and every component seems high quality. Time will tell if it’s durable, but it still looks and works like new after using it for a couple of weeks.
Features:
Cleanup is a breeze, thanks to the ceramic nonstick coating. I just hand wash it with a soft sponge and some gentle dish soap in most cases, but it is dishwasher safe. I’ve heard hand washing can help preserve the nonstick coating and the “Quick Tips” sticker that’s on the pan when you unbox it advises to hand wash for best results. The pan is oven and broiler safe up to 600 °F, and the glass lid is safe up to 425 °F. As I mentioned about the design, it seems durable, so I think the hard-anodized construction and diamond-infused ceramic nonstick surface truly make a difference. I opt for silicone utensils to prevent scratching the surface, but even when I use metal utensils I don’t notice any scratching.
Results:
I’ve cooked a variety of foods on the Reserve 12” Frying Pan, and everything has been exceptional. Eggs, meats, vegetables, and more turn out better when I use this pan. Perhaps because the nonstick coating makes it easier and more effective to cook, and the pan heats evenly.

The Bistro Multi Skillet is such a versatile appliance to have. I’ve cooked turkey bacon, chicken breast, rice, and eggs and everything has turned out perfectly. Nothing has stuck to the surface of the griddle or the inner pan. It doesn’t take up too much space and heats up quickly. I like the temperature control function.
The only thing I would change is having to select the cook function by pressing menu repeatedly. It would be nice to just select the function itself. The temperature/timer feature is a little confusing but I learned to press the start button and it worked fine.
I love that the griddle pan can make the char marks on meat. The steamer area is large as well. The inner pan is elegant enough to even serve out of.
I’m putting my slow cooker away and making space in my kitchen pantry for this cookware!
We will travel with this when we take road trips for a quick meal on the go! I like using my own cookware even at Air bnb’s so this will be a great addition to our trip.

I got this electrics bistro multi skillet deluxe. And it’s great. It’s like your whole kitchen in one an more.. I’ve not used all that it can do but I have made stew in it and done a stir-fry. And used it to keep food warm.. it works great. You can do so many different things with this it’s awesome. Saute,slow cook,grill@griddle,stir-fry,steam,stew,rice and keep food warm in it. Tonite I’m making roast in it that my mother inlaw used to make so I’m using the slow cooker now.. my mom wants me to get her one she said I’ll not need all my other stuff in my kitchen if I get one of these..lol.. it’s easy to use the buttons on the front are easy to work and set at the temp you need it on, easy to clean. The ceramic nonstick is great,quick an even heating and one touch cooking and your ready to start.. very very happy with this.. I love it..

I was excited to try my GreenPan Multi skillet delux, as I always can use an extra way to cook meals for my family. I love that this cooker has several ways to cook a meal; both with the skillet and pan option, you can sear, sauté, slow cook and cook rice. With more precise timing and temperature options. I picture this being perfect for a small family in an apartment or travel/camping accessory. I say that because I made a 4.5 lb pork loin and it was fairly tight, with not a lot of depth to put much more than the roast and some onion in there, having to take the rack accessory out to make it fit. I do also feel like it runs hot, so check your cook temperature often. Clean up was super easy, and easily cleaned in the dishwasher.

This is an excellent ceramic nonstick pan and I’m happy to have it added to my kitchen collection. This pan has quite a bit of weight to it and it feels and looks very well made. It comes with guidelines on which stove type to avoid, which cleaning/utensils/preheating time/which type of oil to use and which to avoid. Those guidelines are very helpful to someone like myself new to ceramic pans. The first time I used this, I made chicken fajitas. In the picture, I had scooped the remaining into the middle of the pan and saw how the liquid in the bottom looked much different from the pan I usually make this in. In another, it shows the pan after just rinsing with water, no scraping or wiping with a sponge at that point and it was 99% cleared with just the water. Usually after making this meal, there is a lot of scrubbing involved to clean the pan. I like the small handle on one side to have an extra grip since the pan is rather large. For the regular handle, my only suggestion would be for it to be removable. The long handle made it more difficult to figure storage and tougher to fit in the sink/hold under the water in addition to the weight (which the small handle helped with). Overall I am very happy with this and look forward to adding more pieces of the collection into my kitchen.

GreenPan cookware is the best and this 12″ fry pan with lid is no exception. The quality is spectacular, the design is flawless and my food comes out perfect every time.
After a few weeks of regular use, the pan is still performing as brand new. Food doesn’t stick at all, I can make eggs without having half a batch stuck to the pan, steaks, stir frys, rice, you name it, all turns out delicious.
Heat spreads fast, evenly and it’s constant, no cold spots and no need to cook at high temperature.
This is a heavyweight pan and performs as such but it’s best to only use silicone spatulas and spoons to avoid scratches, and extend its life.
The only thing I am not too fond of is that the lid and handle can get very hot while cooking so I have to be extra careful when handling it.
Once it cools down it is very easy to clean, just use a soft sponge, warm soapy water and gently wash off without any effort.
This fry pan is built to last. I’m so pleased with the quality and value and definitely recommend it.

I received my order and was shocked to learn these are made in China. Disappointing at best. These reserve pans were reviewed by consumer reports and I didn’t see anything in the description that said they were made in China. Now I question whether the pans are any more safe than poisonous non-stick.

We have limited kitchen counter space and this GreenPan Bistro Multi Skillet Deluxe is exactly what we needed. It is the perfect all in one cooking device as it can sauté, steam, stew, slow cook and can even stir-fry our meals.
Out of the box, the unit is very well made and easy to use. It has a lot of functions on the control panel but everything is very straightforward.
We cooked a whole meal today using just this device and everything came out delicious. Not only does it heat fast but the heat is distributed evenly.
Best of all, it is super easy to clean thanks to the nonstick coating used on the bowl and the griddle plate.
Overall, we really like our new GreenPan Bistro Multi Skillet which has now replaced our rice cooker and also our slow cooker. We highly recommend it and will give it a solid 5 stars rating.
