The GreenPan Fusion Pro 12″ Fry pan caught my eye, the first moment I laid eyes on it. The very well made riveting, the excellent heat conduction and ease of use make this 12 inch workhorse my new number one pan. After having read the very clear instructions for use, I made a perfect omelet! Nothing stuck, to the bottom and it
flipped over with no effort.
Searing steaks produced perfect char and medium rare meat. This pan held two steaks with room to spare. I can highly recommend this pan, without reservations. It cleans up easily and is weighted and balanced perfectly. Making it an excellent addition to the home kitchen.

I chose this pan as my birthday present after buying a 5 quart pan for my husband’s birthday. The non stick is amazing, the heat conduction is fantastic, the size is right for our size family, the clear lid is perfect. I love the steep sides that hold the food in. I look forward to the next event we need a gift for!

To make it clear I have to add that although this pan is a frying pan, but I am using it for frying, searing, browning, boiling, cooking, sauteing, baking, roasting, broiling and what not. Also, this pan is oven and broiler safe up
to 600 degrees F and the glass lid is oven safe up to 425 degrees F.

I have been using the 12” Frypan w/lid the Original Green Pan for about a week. I can easily make a full breakfast in this pan including sausage or bacon with hash browns and eggs. Plenty of room especially since the sides of the pan are more vertical instead of sloping upwards. I do not need to use any oils/fats while using this pan since it is nonstick. I do use a little butter to brown my hash browns and add that buttery flavor though it is not necessary. The pan is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium which is good for us. The only negative I find with this pan is that it is not made in the USA. The pan is sturdy and feels solid. I do like the glass lid so I can see how things are progressing with allowing the heat/steam to escape. Easy clean up once you allow the pan to cool.

High quality unit. Sturdy handle. Love the tight fitting see through top. This and the other frying pans have made my kitchen time much more efficient. Cleanup is a snap. Really like knowing I’m cooking chemical free.
Now if your pots (at least some) came with a pouring spout built into the design I’d purchase them all in the time it takes to heat up a good pot soup.

The GreenPan Fusion Pro 12″ Frypan is extremely nice! This pan is easy to use, it works well, and it’s easy to care for. This pan arrived in perfect shaped and was packaged really well. The pan comes with a glass lid which is really nice. I love being able to see my food when it’s cooking. The pan is really nice looking. The handle is brushed stainless steel and there is a matching stainless-steel handle on the lid. The interior is so shiny almost like glitter.
The pan is a great weight. It doesn’t tip up or fall when on the burner at all. It’s well balanced. The handle stays cool to the touch during general cooking which is super nice. This pan has a textured bottom which provides a really great surface for browning food without it sticking. The pan is also designed in such a way that the sides of the pan are flared out, giving extra cooking room, which is extremely nice. It cooks food really well. I haven’t been unhappy with anything I’ve made in it. I also love that it’s oven safe.
This pan is easy to care for and maintain. I’m a huge fan of wiping the pan out when I’m done and the non-stick coating makes this really nice. But this pan is also dishwasher safe which I appreciate.
Finally, one of the most important things to me about this pan is that it has a non-stick coating but it doesn’t contain any PFAS, or PFOA’s. As a bird owner this is super important to me. I don’t have to worry about hurting my birds, and I still get a non-stick surface.
All in all, this is a really nice pan. It’s easy to use, it works well, it looks nice, it’s free of harmful chemicals, and it’s easy to care for and maintain. I would absolutely recommend it.

Best eggs I’ve cooked. They don’t stick to the pan( they glide). Cleaning cheese is a breeze. I am very happy with my GreenPan Fusion Pro 12″ Frypan’s performance. Plus, there is no harmful chemicals. I also like that it is big enough to cook meals in for a large family. It is well made and should last a long time.
