   I have 2 of these knives and oh so sharp! I am replacing my old knives one at a time…4 more to go! Good balance and fits hand nicely. The only negative is I wash my dishes and if I dont dry them they spot. But not an issue! Love them!

   I needed a nice carving set for hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year and a coworker recommended this GreenPan set from Target. I tested it out this evening on a beef roast and I am very happy with its performance. The set arrived 2 days after I ordered it and both the outer and inner packaging were in good shape. The 8” knife and fork handles are a good size and shape for my hand. The weight and balance feel great. I like a knife with a good weight to it. It gives me more of a feeling of control when using it. The grip is not slippery at all. The titanium coated blade was very sharp and made easy work of tonight’s roast. The packaging claims the set is made from recycled stainless steel. It also says the set is dishwasher safe but I wouldn’t put a nice set like this in the dishwasher. A hand wash and quick dry will do. I am very pleased with this carving set purchase. I’m looking forward to putting it to use this Thanksgiving and beyond!

   My fiance and I were just talking about how we needed better knives for our meats when we eat dinners. This is the perfect set. They are slim feeling, and light weight. It comes with a protector all the way around each knife but it is not bulky. It fits perfectly with the rest of our silverware. That is what we liked most is that it is so slim and light weight, plus the full cover over the cutting part. It cuts very nicely and we have yet to have to use a sharp knifer which is great in our books! We have yet to put these in our dishwasher, just to help prolong the use of them. This product would be a great to give for our wedding gift or couples shower, etc.

   These are not only beautiful but easy to use and slice like a dream. I love these so much I am buying my mom a set for Mother’s Day this year!

   The knives are fantastic. I am a self-taught cook and larger knives are uncomfortable for me to use. These are perfectly sized for an assortment of foods. Plenty sharp, comfortable to slice and dice with, and well balanced. No regrets.

   Great knives!!!! We remodeled our kitchen and needed these knives to complete our look! Functional too!!
