Loved the look and how it matched the rest of my Kohler sink faucet and kitchen colors, but as previous reviews stated, it leaks from the top and flows all over the counter.

We got a Kohler faucet with soap dispenser when we got our sink, and decided to add a 2nd soap dispenser — for dish soap. It was a store-bought item, and we needed to replace it a couple of times due to poor quality and breakage. We decided to order one from Kohler this time, and couldn’t be happier that we now have two quality dispensers.

This has been an unfortunate purchase from . Bought it to match our faucet purchased from kohler directly and the product leaks at the base on top of the counter. It’s been defective since we bought it. We registered and tried to get it repaired/replaced with Kohler but nothing has worked and the part to be replaced has yet to be processed; now we’ve been months unable to install this soap pump. I’ve lost all hope and cancelled the warranty. Now it’s too late to return to Lowe’s because they won’t accept it past 90 days.
