I liked the way it looks, worked well for a year and a half. It is now clogged from liquid hand soap. I tried to soak it and clear it, but it doesn’t fully disassemble. It has a one yer warranty, bummer. So, I ordered another of the same. Hopefully, it will remain clear. I will flush it with hot water twice a year I guess to prolong it’s life.

I like the simple, yet, elegant look of this soap dispenser and the fact that you can twist it any direction you would like. However, it is so wobbly and spins/moves without hardly touching it. It’s super annoying and makes it seem cheaper than it was. Pretty disappointed. (we got two of them – one for the sink and one for the island and they both spin without hardly touching it)

I was so disappointed when my soap dispenser broke after just a few years. I’ve loved all of my other Kraus products and have always found them to be of great quality. The pumping mechanism stopped working and when we opened it up to refill the soap the inside threading was broken and wouldn’t go back together. I wish they had more than an 1-year warranty on this product.

I have always wanted a soap dispenser that was mounted into the sink and this one was the best addition to our new kitchen update. It matches our pull down faucet and is super convenient to have rather than a stand alone soap dispenser. It reduces clutter near the sink and the pump works great! You can wash your hands with ease and it doesn’t leak at all like our stand alone soap dispenser was.

We bought the Kraus KPF-1690BGMB Britt Pre-Rinse/Commercial Kitchen Faucet with Dual Function Sprayhead in all-Brite Finish, Brushed Gold/Matte Black in December of 2019 and love it. We purchased the matte black soap dispenser to go with it and after one year of use the paint has started peeling off the top of the dispenser. Very disappointing.

This looks nice and works well. The only thing I dislike is that the distance between where you press to dispense and the end where the soap comes out is about the length of my hand, so I have to stretch my thumb back fairly far and hold the sponge out to get the soap on. So a shorter spout would’ve been nicer, but there aren’t a lot of options and I like the look of this one so it’ll do.

We renovated our kitchen in March and installed the Kraus faucet, sink, and this soap dispenser. In July, just 4 months later the plastic soap dispenser bottle broke off and spilled soap all over our sinkarator disposal electrical box that now needs to be replaced. Poor quality all the way around.

Roughly 12 months ago we bought this soap dispenser at Home Depot. It performed well and then without warning it stopped working. We thought it was a clogged feeder but after trial and error it turned out the pump mechanism itself failed. My wife called Customer Service and after discussion the representative agreed, the pump should not have failed. Less than a week later a new pump arrived and soap dispenser works as good as new. They stand behind their products, something too many firms can’t or won’t do.

I am disappointed in the amount of times I have to pump for soap to dispense. Now the little plastic ring have fallen out from somewhere. I don’t know where it goes. Can’t find directions to put it back in place.

We have had our dispenser installed for almost 2 years and LOVED it, but it wont pump anymore. we have tried everything, but cannot get it to work. Ad says “for a lifetime of no worries” – nope. It is under warranty for 1 year. There is a reason for that.
