In 22 months time, two of the pumps have stopped pumping. Kraus replaced once at no cost, but it’s replacement has stopped working again. Not worth it unless you want to spend $35 every year.

The soap spout broke after less than 2 years. It appears to be rusted from the inside and simply snapped off when I went to get soap. I was so excited to have a built in soap dispenser, but not if the dispenser has to be replaced every one to two years!!

We have this soap dispenser. It worked really well and looks nice but it broke after using it for a year. It says rated for 50,000 cycles, I guess we got one that was not up for the job. The spring section separated from the top and after looking it over you can see that the black plastic piece separated at the bottom of the metal piece that sits in the soap. I’m sure there’s a lot of pressure there as the spring is very strong, likely because they had to make it that way to compensate for when people use thick soap that clogs up over time. The black in the picture should be metal, that would prevent this from happening. Either way, I’m now shopping for a new one.

It’s minimalistic which was exactly what I wanted. It’s not an exact match to Kraus’ champagne bronze but close enough that they look good together

I am disappointed in the amount of times I have to pump for soap to dispense. Now the little plastic ring have fallen out from somewhere. I don’t know where it goes. Can’t find directions to put it back in place.

I bought the Kitchen Soap Dispenser, Model #: KSD-31MB, but it didn’t come with a bottle and I can’t get anyone to answer me to get one.

I have always wanted a soap dispenser that was mounted into the sink and this one was the best addition to our new kitchen update. It matches our pull down faucet and is super convenient to have rather than a stand alone soap dispenser. It reduces clutter near the sink and the pump works great! You can wash your hands with ease and it doesn’t leak at all like our stand alone soap dispenser was.

What I liked about this product was it pumped great and nose on it was longer so worked better for me to use in sink.
