Gorgeous fixture and appropriate size for sink, but this is the first Moen product that I’ve ever had problems with. Even though the soap bottle is full, for the past six months it rarely dispenses more than a drop or two of soap. Something is wrong with the dispensing mechanism.

While this might be the priciest soap dispenser in the lineup, it certainly feels solid and I think it will last a long time to come. I will update this review after long term use, but I am glad I stepped up to this model.

Like either reviewer’s state, this pump does not dispense soap. Mine broke within a month.

I just installed the brushed gold soap dispenser- it is so well made and such an attractive addition to our kitchen. It looks great with the Align “wave” BG faucet. It is more costly, but as soon as you take it out of the box you will see/feel the quality. I especially like the pump feature on top.

why is I alway get very litter soap? Now the under deck service kit is broken. How Can I get one that work better?

Stopped working soon after installed. Moen sent a new internal plastic pump part, which solve the problem for a short time, but it stopped dispensing soap again. Don’t buy. It’s a waste of money. Based upon my experience, the less expensive soap dispensers from big box stores work much better and last longer.

This item has never worked properly. It seems the pump action should have a longer throw, but it only depresses about 1/4″ and dispenses very little soap with each pump.
This is the second one I’ve had. I think I’m going to have to try another brand. I’d gladly pay for a unit that works well than fight for a warranty for a sub par product

Hello! I have Moen products throughout my entire home and this soap dispenser broke shortly after it being installed. The internal plastic parts are not ver durable (apparently) and the black plastic broke around the soap bottle within a month of using. I’ve been trying to find the internal parts to get but there is no where I can find the parts without purchasing the whole dispenser again. :-/ Bummer. Love Moen but this may not be their best SKU.

Modern soap dispenser is beautiful, feels substantial. Goes beautifully with the Align or Indi faucet. This is my second one, decided to swap out faucet got this one to match. I had the first one for a couple of years, they work very well as long as you thin down the soap with a little water. Cleaning the spout periodically helps. I would highly recommend it! It looks beautiful and is a pleasure to use everyday. FYI, not just for the kitchen, second one (transitional, square) is heading to the bathroom. Very easy to install!

Bought in 2020. Started having clogging issues 2022. Soaked in warm water to help loosen gunk. No workie.

I love the design but…the finish does not match Moen’s Align Single handle kitchen faucet in brushed gold. It is meant to go with that faucet. Both pieces are offered in Moen’s “brushed gold” but they are different shades of gold. For $225 I expect my soap dispenser to match perfectly.

Six months after install this soap dispenser has stopped working. I’ve already had issues with the matching faucet and Moen sent a replacement part. I should have saved money and purchased something more durable. I’m not sure if this faucet and soap dispenser set was made to be in a kitchen never used but both breaking after only 6 months of daily use is unacceptable.

Installation was easy, the design is beautiful but the functionality is less desirable. The dispenser itself dispenses little to no soap even tho the bottle is filled with soap. My husband and I have spent hours troubleshooting without luck. We have only high end Moen products in our home and find this product to be the most disappointing. Not worth the money.

I bought this on a whim to go with my Moen faucet and am glad that I did. It’s nice to store the soap here for a clean look. I LOVE the spot resist finish! I filled the soap from underneath by unscrewing it, but I later saw in the directions that you can fill it from above as well. I paid attention to another reviewer that said this soap dispenser was better made than a less expensive Moen product which had plastic parts inside. I went for this higher end one and am not disappointed.

Gorgeous fixture, we have the spot resistant stainless, we were so happy when it was installed, but unfortunately we have had issues with this product within the last 6 months. Even if the soap bottle is full, it rarely dispenses soap. I have followed all of the maintenance suggestions from the website, but something is wrong. I can’t justify paying for a new dispenser.
