Just bought this to fill the third opening in our sink after replacing our Moen faucet. The installation was simple and the dispenser worked well immediately. We’ve only had for one day so it remains to be seen as to if it will clog like some people report in previous reviews. The reservoir holds a lot of soap. However I don’t think you can refill from the top. I think I have to unscrew the container each time to refill. Otherwise it seems functional and looks perfect in the kitchen.

I previously had a Delta Leland kitchen faucet that came with my house, which included a matching soap dispenser. In 2020 I bought a U by Moen Smart faucet, which did not include a soap dispenser. Having the U by Moen faucet with the old Delta soap dispenser was a bit of an eyesore since the finishes weren’t exactly the same, so I decided to bite the bullet and get a Moen soap dispenser in a matching finish. This Moen soap dispenser seems to perfectly match my faucet and seems to be better built than the old Delta. Don’t settle for cheaper imitations, the quality of the Moen is great and anything else might not be a perfect match to your Moen kitchen faucet.

We bought this a little over a year ago and it was fine for a few months, but now soap just drips out of it. I have tried adding water to dilute the soap but it still doesn’t function properly. Very disappointed since it wasn’t cheap and hasn’t been installed very long. I will have to replace it unfortunately.

Much better quality than the less expensive one that I am replacing after just a year. Easy to install plus the lifetime warranty in case the plunger quits working.

Spout is too short. It is just under 3″ in length. Soap drips on edge of counter and down the side of sink. I have to remember to hold dishcloth under spout to pump into the cloth and then swish it in the sink. Changing it with a dispenser that is 3 7/8 inch. The dispenser couldn’t have been installed any closer to the edge because of undermount sink edge.

Easy to use and refill. I had another brand in a previous home and it kept malfunctioning. I am so pleased with Moen products. My entire house is filled with them.

I bought this dispenser a few days ago and went to fillit at the top and couldnt and had dish water soap all over my new counter top. The only way to fill it is to unscrew the bottle under the countertop. Poor design feature
