I have the same situation as another reviewer. I purchased the faucet and sprayer in oil rubbed bronze and the soap dispenser in oil rubbed bronze and not only do they not match, they are not complimentary. Why do they have the same name if they are not the same color.

We bought our new kitchen fixture. About a month ago and the soap dispenser never worked. 2-person adult household. Can’t find a replacement in oil rubbed bronze. It’s ridiculous having to search high and low for a new dispenser. And the replacement cost is stupid.

THE STEM IS WAY TOO SHORT, SO THE SOAP DRIPS DOWN THE SIDE OF THE SINK INSTEAD OF INTO THE SINK AND THE SOAP COMES OUT VERY SLOW, NOT ENOUGH PUMP STRENGTH ACTION

I rec’d this 3944SRS to match my Moen faucet but can’t get liquid thru it! The pump seems to work but will not dispense even water. Tried to contact Moen first by phone but they said they couldn’t return my call for a whole week, then no better luck with email.
