When heat is applied to pan in accord with the directions for use it rises in the center somewhat like a bubble and is no longr flat. It causes shallow amounts oil and liquids to flow to the edges with nothing left in the center. Everything else about its performance is ok.

I love this pan! So easy to clean with the coating but none of the yucky chemicals other brands use. Plus, it comes with the lid included which is awesome! Use this pan all the time!

I’ve had no issues with this pan since I have bought it. I love the fact that it is made out of eco-friendly materials and it is easy to clean while looking very elegant. I like how it comes with a lid and is not as pricey as other brands I have seen. Definitely would recommend.
