We finally have our new shower installed and it’s awesome. The kids love it, too. The water pressure is neither too strong nor too weak. We can take a bath comfortably. And I must say, it also looks durable. Not an expert in materials and design but this one looks like it’s made of a superior metal. Just can’t tell what though.

When first installed, I liked this faucet a lot. But, after living with it for almost a year, I really notice the flaws, now. For one, this faucet gets so spotty. The slightest splash (and it splashes a LOT — another issue) and the surface of the faucet gets discolored with many spots. And they don’t just wipe off, I have to use stainless-steel polish to get rid of the discoloration. Then there is the splashing. The water delivery from this is so narrow, it isn’t softly aerated like many faucets. So, the water splashes everywhere. I have a very deep farmhouse style sink, still splashing of water all over. And the spray function is so narrow, it REALLY splashes.
Had I known these things beforehand, I would not purchase this faucet again.

We purchased for a bath remodel and we are impressed with the overall style and flow of water! The matte black finish is super sleek and seems really durable and not like other Chinese faucets/plumbing.

Had a faucet like this installed recently. It’s pretty sleek and very convenient to use. No unnecessary embellishments. It also swivels all the way to the backsplash, making the sink more accessible. I like it.

We are very pleased with the design, ease of use and beauty of this product. The only negative is the hose doesn’t have as much play in it as you would think being that the spring wraps all the way down the back of the faucet. Also, I tried to register the product online and the website was not set up to register faucets. The customer service rep. emailed me back and handled the registration for warranty. Regardless, very happy with the purchase.

We installed this on our ne counter and Z Line sink and really like the smooth valves and the ability to use the sprayer with less flow with the faucet on and also set to spray only with more force . Of course it mounted next to a Z Line sink . We love that too.

This is super cool. I’ve dreamt of having a bigger bathroom with a rainshower head. Finally, our bathroom remodel is done and this gorgeous fixture has been installed. I can’t forget the first time I used it. Very relaxing. Water pressure is also very mild and can be adjusted in a range of settings.

Beautiful product. I wish it had the ability to have more water pressure (our house has very good water pressure throughout, but this has some kind of regulator on it), and I wish the handle was a bit longer to cover more area, but other than that, great faucet.

We love the beautiful high arch chromed real metal kitchen faucet. Sadly it comes with a cheap, nasty, tacky plastic rinsing gun. We’ll not be installing that. You can have that bit back & refund us the difference.

I had the faucet installed about three weeks ago and I am very happy with it. Both the handle and the faucet rotate easily. You can do it with one finger. And the movement on the handle is very smooth so it is easy to control the temperature of the water. The plumber who installed the faucet said he never heard of ZLINE, however, he commented that the faucet appeared to have quality construction. He was also impressed with the push button to change the spray from the nozzle.

It’s an attractive faucet, but it does not stretch from its holder. I can’t get the tip of the faucet near the base of the sink. It looks like it would expand like restaurant-grade faucets, but it just does not.

It is well made and a very pretty gold. not too brassy. the water flow is spectacular when using sprayer. comes out in a design. also purchased the soap dispenser. soap dispenser was missing a bolt to attach the undermount. overall very beautiful. wish they sold matching air gap. had to order another brand and it wasn’t an exact color match.

First of all the packaging was out of this world. Everything was put together so elegantly, and shows how much attention ZLine applies to their products. The faucet is well made and looks amazing in our kitchen. It shines right up with a microfiber towel. Finish is very durable. Zline is not skimping on quality with this product.

I used to be very mistrustful when buying online because I’d been ripped off a couple of times, and two times is enough. But I made an exception for this particular product because we already have a few items of the same brand and they are all of good quality. At first, I thought the design of this faucet was a little bit over the top. But my husband wanted it so we purchased it. Now I understand why it’s better than other faucets.

In merchandising “PRESENTATION “ is very important. This faucet comes in a box within a box in a black velvet bag. The presentation imparts the quality of the product and the pride of the producer for this product. Now I have only used this faucet for a couple of weeks and it may only last a few years, or it may last more than 20 years. I really like this faucet and I am betting on more than 20 years of use.
