Love the pour spout and it’s very easy to clean. Subtracted one start because the part of the handle closest to the pan heats up a bit – but now that I know that will adjust!

This pan is much nicer than I thought. It’s a lovely size, not too big & has a nice, solid weight. I also like the 3 quart depth. My only complaint is that the lid tends to steam up so you can’t see the food you’re cooking. However, this only happened when I used the lid with another skillet of the same size. I’ve never had a glass lid do that with any other pan, so it was disappointing. Other than that, this is a great addition to my kitchen.

Nothing, and I mean nothing sticks to these pans! From caramelizing onions to sticky pralines, clean up is a breeze. Heat transfer is exceptional and they heat up super fast. Very pleased.

This pan makes me smile!! It is so easy to use. The strainer lid is SOOOO convenient. And despite the boiling water in the pan, the handle was not too hot to touch. The coating was so slippery, the pan took no effort to clean! Santa is awesome!

Well designed pan which easily can cook rice or broccoli to perfection with just a minimum of heat. I also own the blue ceramic energy pans and this is my third year where the ceramic seals are in place without chipping or wearing down. I use only silicone cooking utensils to prolong the life of this excellent cookware. Cleanup is a breeze especially if you use a blue pan safe scouring pad with barkeepers friend.

Overall a good purchase. We use this saucepan for a little bit of everything and it suits our needs. We chose this over others because of the clear lid, reasonable price, and we liked the straining feature on the lid.

This 3qt. Saucepan is better for larger cooking needs. Great for cooking soups, rice and few other grains, stewing, braising, perfect broiling and browning, and deep frying is effortless. Its flat bottom shape stirring and mixing food is much, easier to move around spatula and spoons, easy reach corner smoothly.

This pot is exceptional ceramic nonstick, it is PTFE & PFOA FREE, no harmful chemical, it is easier to cook with and far more durable. Cooking is better, it is more durable than any other ceramic nonstick coating.

This pot handle is comfortable, allows for easy maneuvering and roomy stay cool handle. I was looking for a pan to cook pasta and soups, and this was the perfect size. It’s a snap to clean, and the pour spout makes it easy to pour out pasta water. Worth every penny!

I walked into a kitchen store to replace scorched, old Le Creuset Cobalt Blue saucepans and I didn’t know much about other cookware brands, but I liked the way the Zwillings looked, felt, and were priced. I bought them first, then did some online research afterward, and then used them, and at each stage of learning became happier and happier with my purchase. I have the 1 and 3 quart saucepans, and find them to be functionally elegant, ergonomic, a pleasure to pour and strain from, and they heat, cook, and wash well. Plus I like that’s it’s not Le Creuset , the proverbial wedding gift, so a little bit of a brand experiment that turned out well.

These pans are pretty to look at as well as work great on my glass top range. They are solid pans with quality handles and lids. I pieced my set together. I was too cheap to buy a whole set at first since I have been so disappointed with other well named brands. I wished I would have just bought the set right from the start. The non-stick is great but you do need a little oil or butter. Clean up is easy. Every once in a while a little Bartender’s Secret help them look new again. I totally recommend them and will keep adding to my set.

I gave this pan four stars as I have only used it a handful of times and can’t speak to durability. I purchased this through a local kitchen store. The woman in the store recommended using the pot at medium heat and not consistently high. I replaced my anodized pot for stainless steal as the coating had come off over the years. I make 5-6 batches of toffee every year in December/January and make popcorn on the stove about once a week that requires high heat. Boiling water at medium heat took too long so I had to turn it to high but that also might be my electric stove. Overall happy with purchase. The cleanup is easy. It’s wider than my other 3.5 qt pot but I am adjusting. The handle is sturdy and I like that I can put in the oven.

I was trying to find a good product and spent hours to find something good. And I did! I love my saucepan. It is easy to clean and not sticking as Im using it to make not just soups but I also use it to cook buckweat and quinoa and it has been great experience. I love the lid because you can use as a drainer. Design is unique and it not heavy like other brands.
